Client: Crown Center Redevelopment, Hallmark cards

Goal: Launch a testimonial campaign to show that large associations were booking Destination Crown Center. Use frequent messaging to create awareness of the Destination Crown Center programs and amenities.

Strategy: After focus group research, decided direct mail post cards the best and most cost- effective method to communicatate with busy association meeting planners on a regular basis. Mailed 6 cards per year to 2,500 highly-targeted association meeting planners.
