Client: Crown Center Redevelopment, Hallmark cards

Goal: Create training materials for employees of two 750-room hotels to introduce them to the Destination Crown Center program. Establish service and protocol criteria for each new hire regarding the unusual program where the two hotels worked cooperatively to service large convention groups.

Strategy: Developed a newsletter, posters, a service awards program and a training booklet for use in all new-hire orientation training programs in each hotel.
