Client: Crown Center Redevelopment, Hallmark cards

Goal: Bring city-wide associate sales managers (airlines, ground transportation, CVB) to the Hyatt and Westin on a quarterly basis. Build cooperative partnership opportunities within the market. Demonstrate cooperative spirit between Hyatt and Westin management and staff.

Strategy: Host quarterly breakfasts to introduce Kansas City tourism - and hospitality sales managers to the Destination Crown Center program and clients. Provide an on-going information-exchange forum featuring guest speakers from City airlines, attractions, ground transportation companies, etc.
