Client: Crown Center Redevelopment, Hallmark cards

Goal: Provide marketing support to Group Sales Managers at KCCVB, particularly those working with SMERF accounts.

Strategy: Develop a "How To" Guide providing guidelines for site selection, room and food/beverage negotiation. This sixteen-page booklet was used as fulfillment to trade advertising and during sales calls and trade shows. The booklet was designed to be produced in-house on existing copy equipment.
